Northern School of Sound, in association with AT Computers, is proud to deliver Apple Authorised training in Mac OS X - from the basics all the way up to multi-platform network administration skills. 

Apple's OS X curriculum is based on tiered paths of learning that build progressively toward high level professional certification. 





LeopardOS1 
Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP, formerly Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist or ACHDS) is the perfect starting point on the Mac OS X certification path, addressing basic Mac OS X support and troubleshooting. To certify as an Apple Certified Support Professional, a delegate must pass the Mac OS X Support Essentials v10.5 exam. 

The Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC) certification, the next step on the Mac OS X certification track, adds essential Mac OS X Server support and troubleshooting skills. To certify as an Apple Certified Technical Coordinator, a delegate would first have to be certified as as an ACSP, then pass the Mac OS X Server Essentials v10.5 exam. 

Apple Certified System Administrator (ACSA) is Apple’s premier Mac OS X certification, addressing the needs of professional system administrators and engineers who manage networks of systems in complex multiplatform deployments. To be certified as an Apple Certified System Administrator, a delegate would first have to be certified as an ACTC, then pass the Mac OS X Directory Essentials v10.5, Mac OS X Deployment v10.5 and Mac OS X Advanced Administration v10.5 exams.
