Important information about the school - including our cancelation policy

Booking

Your place on a course is only guaranteed once a deposit of 50% of the course fee has been received by Northern School of Sound. The course fee must be paid in full at least 14 days before the commencement of the course.

Cancelation/rescheduling

Courses can be rescheduled at the discretion of Northern School of Sound. If you notify the School 28 or more days in advance, there is no charge to reschedule to the next time the course is run. If less than 28 days notice is given, an administration fee of £150 will be charged.

Northern School of Sound reserves the right to cancel a course at any time due to insufficient delegate numbers - if this happens, delegates will be offered alternative course dates. A credit note will be given to the value of any course fees already paid. Credit notes are valid for six months from date of issue.

Code of Conduct

There is a strict no smoking policy in operation throughout the school premises.

No food and drink is permitted in the teaching room, except bottled water.

We will not sell or otherwise make your details available to any third party. However, if you are enrolled on an Apple course, be aware that Apple also collect information about the examination process. To view Apple's privacy policy, click here.
